President Trump is trying to prevent the country from going bankrupt. The US had to raise the debt ceiling every 6 months and has a debt of 37 trillion dollars. We were headed for Chapter 11 unless something was not done. He is cutting government spending and waste and is bringing additional revenue in by imposing tariffs on foreign imports.
