These conditions are the things that cause individuals to feel that they have no other alternative than to engage in violent rebellions to get attention. And I must say tonight that a riot is the language of the unheard. And what is it America has failed to hear? It has failed to hear that the plight of the N**** poor has worsened over the last twelve or fifteen years. It has failed to hear that the promises of freedom and justice have not been met. And it has failed to hear that large segments of white society are more concerned about tranquility and the status quo than about justice and humanity.

I think America must see that riots do not develop out of thin air. Certain conditions continue to exist in our society which must be condemned as vigorously as we condemn riots. But in the final analysis, a riot is the language of the unheard."

What should the unheard do? What are these "conditions that must be condemned as vigorously as we condemn riots"?

As a principle? Of course. A demonstration is at the end a threat of consequence. If that is ignored, the consequence materializing is key. It does not need to be violence, but it does need a revolt.

The mutual agreement between peacefully organized demonstrations and a reaponsible entity is to take them seriously to avoid escalation.

Now I am not advocating violence. A common form of rebellion against the Nazi rule was inproducitivty. It was to, take a few minutes more on a task. To accidentally have lost equipment, transmissions, and more. To get an address mixed up. Whatever could be afforded with acceptable risk was how many countries fought back. There are many ways to revolt without violence, but if unheard, an appropriate action needs to happen.

Admittedly it is very difficult to gauge what is appropriate and near impossible to control how it develops.

What is N*****? Is this race related? If so one must find out why this is so and not place blame on people who are busy conducting their lives, raising kids, and going to work 5 or 6 days a week in order to have the necessities needed to properly raise good law abiding children.
