How can Americans talk about injustice without acknowledging class?

People in America be like "Why are there so few minorities on the Fortune 400 "

... it's literally 400 people...

Americans be like "Why are rich feminine women who work hard and make lots of money and wear designer clothes mistreated by society?"

... poor people... without designer clothes... or dental insurance... are mistreated... by... society...

I think it's all about how you dress.
buy a 5 hundred dollar suit and you'll be treated like a million bucks.
wear a t shirt and shorts and you'll be seen probably as a potential thief.
I do this sometimes, I'll wear old worn out clothes and be followed around in stores and seen as a scum. next day I'll wear clean high priced clothing, nice watch, and get greeted everywhere and I'm not rich by any means. lol
I think skin color is irrelevant these days it's all about how you dress.

I noticed this in LA. For black people. The middle class black people dressed really expensive and I think they feel they have to.
