Is racism always "hate"?

I see racism as "negative" and "positive". Positive DOES NOT mean good.

Positive racism is when you promote or favor a person or group based on their race. I saw this especially starting during the Obama election. Many may call this "reverse racism". This can cause tension among racial lines and cause division. Affirmative action programs are also an example. This is a tactic often employed by the socialist left.

Negative racism is when you deny or have disdain for a person or group because of their race.

Racism is a form of discrimination. As a person in the economical profession category the economical concept of discrimination is slightly broader than normal and is what you are getting at.

Discrimination is to not let someone into a store, absolutely. But discrimination is also to make glasses cheaper for elderly. To havw student prices on phones. To have coupons in a store to allow a good to be purchased cheaper.

Not all discrimination is bad although it always discriminates. A university accepting the best students is discrimination. A government hiring advisors that are successful is discrimination.

As you hopefully see discrimination is as a whole unavoidable in society. We can be aware of it and decide case to case if it should be allowed.

I do not believe there are many benign cases of racism. Even something like preferential hiring or dating is often questionably good at best.

The core of discrimination truly is unfairness though. If we treat someone worse or better it means that another gets the opposite of that.

But, reiterating. Coupons is one of very few excellent implementations of discrimination. Available to all. Too bothersome for many, and as such willingly ignored. Still allowing for price discrimination to sell cheaper to those who can not or will not buy at full price. So it can be done well, although it is exceedingly rare.

Obama enabled terrorists and rioters who burned down Baltimor, and he did absolutely nothing to stop it and forbade local law enforcement from intervening. He should have been impeached for high treason for both this crime and the crime of arming terrorists int he middle east. I don't know why you liberals can't see that Obama and Hilary clinton were very, very bad for the nation.

Positive does not mean good. The point is whether you favor people or disregard people due to race alone, it is wrong.

I agree. I've seen the first referred to as just straight racism. I think so with a light twist. But also it all stems from being a victim of racism which in America that's everybody.
