Is using a racial slur a reason to justify killing an elderly man?

Not only did he a reduced charge for what is essentially murder, he was released on bail of only 2000 dollars.

First and foremost, I would never, ever utter that word, ever. Its not a word anyone should use, regardless of skin color.

But to me, it doesn't justify killing. Period. He essentially took a mans life, and never spent a day in jail.
