He has no respect for the law and will do whatever he wants until he is physically prevented from doing it. This means that law enforcement officers have to follow the Constitution, not Trump.

Trump is respecting the Constitution. The Writ of Habeus Corpus can be suspended in times of an invasion. Says so in the Constitution.

So what defines an invasion? Does a migrant circumventing immigration law constitute an invader? I think it does.

At the very least, an administration that turns a blind eye and refuses to enforce the law of the land is much more dangerous as it is ignorant.

A visa means you are a guest and should act accordingly. Visa's are granted and denied at the discretion of the State Department. It's no different than any other country.
