Do you know of any other victimless crime, besides blasphemy?

According to Pew Research Center, about a quarter of the world's countries and territories (26%) had anti-blasphemy laws or policies as of 2014. Sentences range from simple restrictions to jail time or even the death penalty. In many of these countries the majority of the population is of islamic faith, but others are of christian faith, including, but not limited to: Russia, Italy, UK, Germany, Spain, Australia, Brazil.

In a few countries, like Iran or Pakistan (among others) blasphemy is punishable by a death sentence. In many other countries countries such as the UK, Australia and others laws exist in some parts but are rarely enforced.

That's all troubling since blasphemy is a victimless crime and a pretty useless restriction of freedom of speech.

Off the top of my head, I can think of two other victimless crimes: homosexuality, i. e. the fact of being a homosexual is a crime that's punishable by prison sentences in way too many countries or even death in countries such as Iran.

Abortion is also a victimless crime that's elevated to the rank of murder by religious nutjobs. That, in turn, gives some of them the impression that they have every right to murder or terrorize qualified medical personel who provide medically safe abortions to women. It is still a crime in many third-world countries and prohibited in many backwards US states following the dumbass overturning of Roe v. Wade.
