I didn't hate women before I lost my virginity at 27.5. First, I knew that women not finding me physically attractive wasn't the largest reason. I was (and still am) painfully shy and socially awkward. So shyness and awkwardness played a much larger role thrn physical appearance. And while I'm short, I wrestled for 4 years jn highschool (and did martal arts after), I was fit, strong, and in shape. So I knew physical attraction was not a large reason. Therefore I never hated women for my own shortcomings. So I was involuntarily celibate, but didn't hate women.
The Hitler comment was because you assumed all of those who don't have sex when they want are the same, just like Hitler did with the Jews.
Incel is a shortened word for involuntarily celibate, but it's also implied to mean a subset of men who believe that their physical looks are the only reason they are not having sex and thus it doesn't matter how they treat women. If they looked better they'd get sex, even treating women like crap, so they see no reason to treat women nicely.
