Why are we assigned a random gender? Why are we born male or female?

You aren't "ASIGNED" random genders.

You are made a man or a woman. It is just a fact.

If you have ovaries and a womb and breasts and eggs to make babies... you are not A MAN you are a WOMAN.

If you have testicles and sperm and the equipment to fertilize eggs you are not a WOMAN you are a MAN.

Why? because a male/man and female/woman are NEEDED to reproduce and to keep the species going. Basic biology 101.

you are not assigned anything, the reason someone is male is because he beat out all his potential brothers and sisters and made it to the egg first.
