This ain't rocket science.

Why has every poor, uneducated, rural population in history churned out a lot of kids? There's little to do but fuck. Fucking doesn't require money. We have a self contained pleasure chemical manufacturing facility in our bodies. And men in those situations have almost no constraints placed on their base instincts.

Serious thought for a moment. Does Africa need to establish a United States or European Union model of government for defense, resource management, and resource reallocation across the continent. Would the US and EU ever allow that to happen when it would mean the end of "Colonial" exploitation of African natural resources / wealth.
