I think it refers to the attitude that many women with entitlement issues has that even though she is working that a man must finacially contribute entirely to the relationship and her paying all bills.

I know a few of these women. They don't cook, clean or do anything but want all the things traditionally men provide.

It means women (some) do not like sharing their stuff but love sharing their man's stuff. Women (some) are incredibly selfish and able to reconcile one sided relationships when they are asked to contribute anything other than their pussy once a week.
