Yes, I have been stockpiling food and water since Biden was elected. I also have firearms and over a thousand round of ammo. I have a generator. I was trying to figure out a good way to store 500 gallons of gas on my property but everything requires a permit which I was not comfortable with.

No, I believe in the tenth amendment, where states shall have more governing authority over themselves. Although, when it comes to immigration matters, responding to foreign invasions, and protecting federal facilities, that is a federal responsibility.
