NATO = 32 countries + Israel. 4 nuclear countries (USA, UK, France, Israel).
Non-NATO = more than 100 countries. 5 nuclear countries (Russia, China, India, Pakistan, North Korea).
It is not black and white that if WW3 breaks out then every single country on either side will jump in guns blazing. A lot of countries will avoid getting involved or even being at the frontlines. A lot of countries will fight proxy and avoid breaching the various treaties they have with countries on the opposite side. A lot of countries will play defense rather than offense.
With all things considered and hypothetically speaking, if the outcome has to be surrender of one side, will the non-NATO countries be able to defeat NATO countries?

NATO =32 Countries plus Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea l, The Philippines. These are all very powerful countries and the biggest thing about all of America's allies is that they are among the most powerful militaries in the world without even trying, imagine if they tried.
Russia has an economy less than Italy's and their military is weak and struggling.
China hasn't fought a war since Vietnam defeated them 45 years ago. They are struggling economically and they want the return of territory taken by Russia in the century of humiliation.
Pakistan is an American ally and client state. If they went against America those f16s they bought would stop flying.
North Korea would be easily conquered by south Korea if the south koreans went to war.
The middle east apart from Iran is part of the American hegemony. They saw want happened to Syria after Assad sided with Russia and they don't want the smoke.
Africa is militarly weak. Not since Rhodes is and south africa was run by white people has africa had a strong military country. Africa is in the pocket of America, Britain and France.
Central and south America is the back yard of America.
So no, NATO would wipe the floor with any country that stepped up. Just how Russia struggles in Ukraine and NATO isn't fighting just giving Ukraine some weapons.
NATO is a band of pussies clinging together like scared sheep. Just one country Russia is able to scare them and keep them at bay. They are in no position to wage a war with Russia and hence are letting Ukraine bleed out.
China is the strongest country economically, even the USA had to bow to it in the tariff war. Aus, NZ or any other Asian country will never go against China because China produces 90% of their goods and they will not jeopardize their imports.
Pakistan does not need the F16 anymore, they fly the Chinese fighters as seen in the recent aggression with India.
USA and NATO are the weakest ever internally among themselves. EU has for the first time been left to fend for itself and not hide under America's skirt as it was used to.
South Korea will eat shit if North started a war. North has nukes, South has... Samsung.
Italy having more money than Russia does not make it militarily stronger.
And the so-called allies of USA have been kicked in the nuts by USA's new boss for being freeloader bitches.
Middle East is a slave to their own differences and prey to USA hegemony indeed. Syria fell not because of being friends with Russia but because Assad and his father were dictators and the country revolted and the opportunist America fueled and funded the non-state actors in the region.
Africa indeed is a pet of France/ UK/ USA, but that is changing for the first time with Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger kicking France out, the African Union asking for a seat at the Security Council as a permanent member.
Venezuela, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia do not play in the hands of the USA, not anymore anyway because of how they are treated and deported from the USA as criminal. The other countries will tag alongs if they unite.
So, NATO does not represent anything other than the title of scared little white girls who will get their asses spanked like a bitch, if it came to a full-on war between the two sides.

China is struggling economically, it depends too much on cheap labor and exports.

Italy is stronger militarly than Russia and like all NATO countries aren't trying, imagine if they tried. Whereas Russia is going all out.
The US gave NATO members a kick in the ass. And now all are rearing with state of the art weapons that are being tested against the Russians in Ukraine with great effect. Russia can't even defend itself in its own territory.
Syria fell because America wanted to build an oil/gas pipeline through Syria into Europe, Assad said no because it would undermine Syria's decades long ally Russia. If you notice about the Arab spring that all the governments that were changed were cold war allies of the Russians.
Mexico and Brazil are jn America's back yard, they do what they are told otherwise its civil war and regime change just like in Argentina. Venezuela is getting the Cuba treatment, which means America and other countries including china refuse to trade with them at least not fairly.
Everytime an African nations kicks America or france out it ends in disaster.
NATO and its allies would have no problem with any potential enemy. Just look at how weak Iran is. Muslims haven't won a war on a few hundred years.
Poland could not do anything, it depends on the USA for their weapon systems through NATO alliance. Russia is untouchable by EU and they know it. Russia is the only country in the world with hypersonic missiles that could wipe out all major EU cities within 10 mins of launching them. Russia would not even have to send its military anywhere, just the intercontinental ballistic missiles with the push of a button would dessimate EU or even the USA. While all of NATO boasts military strength, if their country gets blasted within minutes, the military will be nothing but like toys left to discard.
If China was struggling, it would not be the second largest economy and standing up to the USA too. Even EU is unable to shake off China's economic dominance in EU.
Pakistan has the J-10 Chengdu fighters in their fleet, the same that are currently in the Chinese fleet, not 60 yr old.
The losses Russia has sustained in the war with Ukraine are not because Russia is trying hard and failing, but because Russia is a bit over confident and taking it too easy. So it is Russia that is not trying but just taking it easy on Ukraine. Russia is confident in its arsenal and military hardware alone that it holds enough strength to not have to physically send in the military anywhere but attack anyone remotely from a distance. Hence the most advanced missiles in the world. Despite the war, Russian economy is growing, their currency has gone higher since the war started, EU is buying Russian oil and gas like a whore despite calling it the enemy.
The truth is that EU is a scared chicken which cannot do anything without the USA and their NATO alliance is just a name sake and to attack only the middle east and Africa, the weaker countries. There will never be a NATO defence against Russia or China. The truth also is that EU is a selfish, narcissistic white group that wants all the comfort without making any effort. And they are being shown their place for the first time by USA, their place is beneath the USA.
Nothing in the middle East happened because of Russian alliance, it was just used as a cover to justify all the invasions by USA and NATO. The pipeline etc was also a lie same as WMD was a lie sold to the world as an excuse to invade Iraq. There is only 1 truth and it is that Israel, as the rabid dog that it is, used the USA which is a perpetual war pig, to destabilize the entire region and take out everyone that opposed Israel. It was never about Russia. Cold War is an excuse. The real reason is Israel being a pig that wants to neutralize anybody who opposes it. The Arab countries are spared only because they have an agreement of complaince with the USA. Saudi is the biggest betrayer of the entire Arab world/ middle east.
Muslims have not won any war because Israel the rabid dog is in the region backed by a war pig the USA. But every sane and logical thinking historian and geopolitical academian is saying the same thing - it is the beginning of the end of American power in the world. And when that happens, EU and NATO are nothing but dominoes waiting to fall.
Most countries are not even, “combat ready”. . This includes a number of the NATO members. It is question of who is both logistically and combat ready and who has the strike reach with ability to carry out a likely protracted campaign. This eliminates most nations and their allies.
