I see figures saying 10k people were there, but 6600 were soldiers. Therefore were looking at 3400 who chose to be there. Provided that Trump's family had a choice. In contrast we saw more people in Boisie, Idaho showing up in opposition to him. Cities like LA, New York, and Chicago seeing more people than ever before. Meanwhile Trump's birthday showed more grass than ever before and how loud tanks actually are.

The had a plan to be in multiple places around the country and show the evolution of The Army in the last 250 years instead they went down the street in Washington D. C. with almost nobody there. It cost more money than their original plan, and the dismal turn out illustrated clearly how much of a colossal wast of money it was. If we want to cut down on waste, then we shouldn't have had that, because most people there were those required to be there.
