It's not really that I was against it so much as I felt it was unnecessary. I feel like this strike was largely Trump wanting to feel relevant and seen.
Don't get me wrong. I know in Iran's eyes we will always be complicit with Israel. So I could care less what their opinion of us is. But we have to be able to justify this action to the world. And there was no dire reason to have done this. If Iran posed a serious threat to the region or the world as a whole. Then there was time and channels to get the world on board with this action. All Trump did is confirm Iran's assertion. It's not us and Israel against Iran. It should be Iran against the world.
