Both really. Now lgbt will be forced to use the main line where they won't necessarily have someone who is experienced dealing with LGBT issues or may even be biased against them.

It would be the equivalent of taking away a PTSD line for veterans because, as Trump has said before, he thinks our military are suckers especially if they are injured.
