Are you a liberal or conservative?

I'm not conservative.
I always had what I call 1960s-'70s liberal, sort of hippie, values. But the way things have evolved over the years, there are conservatives who share some of my values and what passes for liberalism these days is insane.

So I'm neither liberal nor conservative.

I fall more into the left-libertarian/libertarian-socialist spectrum.

But I mainly just think for myself and develop my own opinions on individual issues without regard for ideological partisanship or consensus.
I'm not a member of a club or cult. I question everything, do research, and can modify or change my opinions as I continue to learn.

Solidly liberal in most ways. I'm not sure I could actually name a conservative view that I agree with. It's not I wouldn't be ok with it in theory, it's just the morals seem so fundamentally different that I can't relate. (I would love to call myself a political moderate tbh, I'm just not in the current climate.)

There's a very easy test for people to find out which side they're on. If during a home invasion an innocent person gets shot, do you blame the gun manufacturer or do you blame the person doing the home invasion that pulled the trigger?
