What's your unfiltered thoughts about transgender people?

I don't have a problem with it at all. I've got a few trans friends I've known since the `90's. I nearly recorded an album with one (or two... depending on if her room mate, Pam, was going to play bass or flute on the album).
This is one of 2 or 3 things I DON'T agree with righties on, they AREN'T doing this the way most people get tattoos or haircuts!! It's NOT done on a whim!!! And you DON'T just have your dick cut of!!! I WISH they'd STOP saying that crazy bullshit!!! It takes a LOT of work and time to transition and you DON''T just wake up one morning and go, "I got a great idea! I'm gonna go get a sex change!! Hold my beer, I'll be right back!!" Or, you don't walk into a room full of guys and go, "Come on, guys! Let's all go get a sex change so we can get into the girls locker room and see loads of naked women!!" For any guy that TRULY WANTS to be a woman, that's the LAST thing on their mind!!
Getting a sex change is ONLY a way to change a mistake "nature" made!!
However, I'd bet that a good bit of this has to do with all the chemicals that are put in our food and water!! We never had this "problem" 100 years ago or, if we did, it was VERY limited!! The first sex change that I know of was done in the `40's. The next was in the early `70's, I think, then the late `70's, after that, it spread all over the planet!! We've had companies like Monsanto and Dupont tainting our food and drinks for just about 100 years, now!!
All they want is to live their lives peacefully in the body that now matches the wiring they born with in their heads. Just leave them alone and STOP being an asshole to them!!! They won't bother you if you don't bother them. Just treat them the way you'd like to be treated!! Like PEOPLE!!
I DON'T, however, cater to those that are CLEARLY guys and hardly do ANYTHING AT ALL to present as a woman but still expect you to treat them as a woman!! That's not getting a sex change, that's being a transvestite so, don't expect anyone to TREAT YOU as a woman!!
Again, nothing wrong with being a transvestite, girls have been dressing like men for about a century, now but it DOESN'T give you license to walk into a women's bathroom or locker room!!! You NEVER see women in men's clothes walk into a men's room for a piss or anything else!!

I am all for them, I have no problem with them. They should be given a chance to prove their selves. I am all for them becoming Deep Sea explorers, Astronauts, Paratroopers, Titanic Explorers, Skyscaper workers, Air plane wing walkers, Radio/ TV tower climbers, Race car drivers, Volcano explorers, Bomb disposal/ defusers , Alec Baldwin camera person. I think they should have the honor of being the first Colonists on Mars too. To boldly go where no Trans has gone before.

They are just like everyone else. The put on a face to get through the day. They are simply more obvious about it. If a person isn't literally disturbing me by being obnoxious (which is usually the transphobe crying loudly) they can do what ever they want with their lives.
