flew over my small town where we dont got military base near. It was so loud all my neighbors came outside

I can't be certain, but it looks very much like an F-16.
Where were these pictures taken? That will help with the identification.

Yes, that's an F-16 then.

Since you are in PA, most likely that F-16 was based at the 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard. They are based at Atlantic City Air National Guard Base (ANGB) located at the Atlantic City International Airport in Egg Harbor Township.

This is why the tail looks odd... Being part of the Air National Guard and not directly under the USAF, it has a different tail than a USAF tail.

thank you I think the president was in new jersey but they flew out to my neighborhood it was strange

It almost looks like an F-16, but the tail on one of the earlier pics doesn't look quite right.

Nope, look at the single tail empennage. I suggest it’s an F-16, if it’s an American plane.
