I've heard a bunch of BS about govt tax breaks for hiring blacks.

But looking up the actual law showed DEi provided tax breaks for vets, felons and snap benefit workers. No race or ethnicity benefits, period.

Isn't this what Maga complains about? All this entitlements and no ones getting jobs? DEi was maga's ticket.

It was always a counter balance nepotism. Nepo baby's need a fair shake too it's not they aren't working for it but the interview process is handed on a silver platter or better wording a benefit of the doubt. Which should be the standard to be honest.

@OddBeMe We had a president that hired with the main criteria being a special demographic. He even bragged that his cabinet was the most diverse in history and his supreme court pick had to be a black woman and she could not even define what a woman was.
I worked in state government and I was told by the VP of HR that if I had a minority candidate that had the qualifications I had to hire him even though there might have been better candidates.

You're not doing a full audit and bidding contract on any surgery. Dei anything would be more people going into medical school and dealing with cadaver practices in premed.

In reality allowing 5x more young adults access to opportunities in a career in the medical sector and start becoming a brain surgeon or well adjusted ER is the true determination if your surgery is successfully or not.

It's when there's not enough people is where people cut corners.

That's not even how pilot get jobs. Even military veterans flying fighter jets buy so many hours in private planes lessons. From there start the process of being a plane pilot for air line's.

So again it would be under privilege people being able to afford private the 1000 hours of private flying school.

I'll also say again it's the under staff is where the safety standards get cut. It's when more people who are passionate of the craft is where safely rises.
