2. The shooter's body was cremated within 48 hours.
3. The director of The secret service refused to put a counter-sniper on a crucial roof because it was slanted at about the same angle as a treadmill. 5-year-old could have walked on that roof.
6. Civilians at the rally could see the sniper and was pointing at him and yelling to whoever would listen. The secret service still couldn't see the guy. The counter sniper that killed the assassin only shot after it was too late.

8. She then resigned her position and we haven't seen her since.
9. No one was fired from the secret service.
