There's one thing that I've learned is that when I was 15 the things that were important to me we're not the same things that were important to me when I was five and when I was 25 the things that were important to me when I was 15 we're not important to me when I was 25 and now that I'm 40 the things that are important to me when I was 25 or not important to me when I was 40 but you always go if I could go back with what I know now.

I would give myself this advice get a house as soon as possible in your name a mortgage and rent it out try to get property. Don't bust your ass and make somebody else rich. And take the time that you have with your loved ones like your parents or whatnot before they're gone

Of course, though maybe living a little too much. By your age I had already been through a divorce and had been through a lot. I think your generation has two massive weights on your back and chest that mine didn't.

Everything costs more for you, and everything you do is immortalized online. That double whammy is pretty heavy, and would make it difficult for me to let go of my inhibitions if I were to try being wild, going out on a road trip, flirting with every girl in a bar, whatever.

Yep. I enjoyed my younger years, did some traveling, lived in a few different places. I'm working on enjoyed my older years too!

Goal is to do the best you can. If you are NOT having fun, gotta find out why. See a therapist and talk out your problems and get to the bottom of them.

You're only. young once. Make the most of it.

You are 21 😂 enjoy your youth.  I can have anything in this world… not my youth.  I love my 20s. I had lots of fun and met lots of people and traveled.

I was not. I was a very precocious child, without peers in my community, and neglected by my father. I was pretty young when I concluded that I was going to have to parent myself. I wasn't a very good parent. I went to college at 16, academically capable but completely unprepared to do the work.

Yes. Growing up on the reservation my cousins and I could pretty much go wherever for miles. Go hunting w our BB guns, play car, play w water, climb the rocks, play in the rain, chase the chickens. I think I had a great childhood. We play football in the dirt. Road box cars down the dirt roads. We did a lot.

Youth has its ups and downs, your adult life won't be much different. There's a time for everything. I was rather careless and free when I was younger, rebelious even. With age, you tend to put things into perspective.

Yes I think i did! I did begin working at 16 but that was only so I could buy a car and I still had all the fun anyone else my age was having.

I'm Gen X, we all grew up way faster than we should have.

Cooking and watching out for our siblings at 6 or 7.

Our parents worked or didn't have time for us kids, that's just the way it was.

It also makes sense now that we are in our 50s or 60s, that we are still so young at heart.

We look younger and act younger than we are. Making up for what we never had.

And we don't give a shit what any of the our generations think or do.

No, because my parents weren't able to be parents when I was an infant. I become old in the first year of my life and didn''t get the chance to be young until I was 17/18 during a gap year. Then adult life returned at university.
