Director of National Intelligence says she has proof that Obama and his henchmen committed treason against President Trump. Is this Justice at last?

After 11 long years, will President Trump FINALLY get the justice he deserves? The DNI says she has the proof that B. Hussein Obama and his henchmen attempted to commit a treasonous coup against President Trump AFTER he won the 2016 election. The evidence is already overwhelming. Obama directed his intelligence leadership to falsify documents to accuse President Trump of treasonous collusion with Russia when in fact it was Obama and his people who were committing the acts of treason.

This was a massive assault on Democracy to attempt to hack the outcome of a presidential election and damage the presidency of President Trump. We need JUSTICE here. Those who did this need to be punished to the full extent of the law.

I will not believe it until I see a couple of these rats go down with the ship. I do not doubt the validity of the data that Tulsi Gabbard uncovered. A lot of it was already out there but she connected the dots.
I will be surprised if the AG has the stones to actually have these traitors arrested.

@exitseven I'm still confused how Robert Mueller's report contradicts the conclusion that the intelligence community came up with. Under oath, Mueller said "Russia was influencing the election in Trump's favor" but according to reports, the intelligence community said there was no evidence of that. How did Mueller come to that conclusion? I do know, during the hearings, it was questioned whether Mueller even had any part of the investigation. I'm wondering why no one is questioning Mueller's report. I'm new to politics but I think Mueller, if he's even alive, needs to explain his report and how he reached his conclusions.

@Beckybooboo I do not think Mueller had much input in the report. During his testimony he was pretty out of it. Probably Bidens henchmen did most of the heavy lifting.

My problem is, the talking points from the left is based mostly on the Mueller report but if the latest revelation is true, Mueller's report should be thrown out. Maybe I'm making too big of a deal about it but he lied under oath!

Trump needs to hire a special prosecutor who is just going to go after these rats. Americans need to have faith in their government and watching democrats skate every time sends the wrong message.

According to Gabbard at the press conference today. They have the original documentation to prove it and are in the process of submitting it to the DOJ.

The hard thing to believe is that anyone is going to be brought to Justice because how many times have we been told that over the last 10 years and it never happens? If it's just another episode of politicians getting their 15 minutes of fame while they hold hearings and nothing happens this country is doomed.

These people need to be in prison. And if what Gabbard says it's true that includes Obama. So what do you think of the chances that the Trump administration is going to put the first black president in prison even if that is where he is proven to belong?

To be honest I would be surprised if anyone ends up in prison. There have been too many years of obvious criminal activity and nothing but hearings and investigations with no accountability.

But as far as the immunity clause, I think this case is entirely different than the funny case against Trump. The Supreme Court ruled that the president can't be prosecuted for acts committed in The pursuit of his official duties. Treason is not an official duty of the presidency. So I wouldn't put it past this Supreme Court to let it slide in case anything does get that far. But I would chalk it up to more government corruption.

Maybe they'll throw a few of the other ones in jail like Comey and Brennan and Clapper, and let the corrupt higher ups skate.

Frankly I'll be surprised if anyone is part of Justice. But if they are not, I think the country is in big trouble.

The Supreme Court decision that favored Trump, “Trump vs USA” would apply to Obama, so going after him would just be an exercise in wasting government recourses.

Big difference. Trump didn't do what he was accused of. Obama did. Treason is not an official act of the office of the presidency. That court decision stated that acts that are not in the official capacity of the office are not protected from prosecution.

At what point does ensuring justice to deter an existential threat to the democracy from repeating itself in an even worse form with catastrophic results become the most important item on the agenda?

If these people do not pay the price, next time (which means as soon as the Democrats are back in power) it will come back even worse.

No doubt if Trump tries to bring the first *"black" president to justice, the headlines will be bombarded with headlines of "Hitler indicts first black president" and the country will go nuts. But what is the alternative if this isn't stopped?
