A lot of women, at least in the west with a family, do not think of themselves as feminist, because they agree it’s been co-opted by a large percentage of misandrist woman. They are however not weak, nor particularly dependent (we are all in some way, sometimes dependent on others, partnerships are often a source of strength).

You maybe thinking of “people pleasers”, a large number are women and seek a less confrontational and quiet existence, unfortunately if they are the focus of someone with controlling tendencies or issues that can be very detrimental to them as well but they may not see it as they focus on quiet existence.
