It will be an interesting experiment but I'm glad it's happening there and not here. I saw an interview with the New York City real estate broker, and she said that listings are through the roof but sales are in the toilet. Why? On the New York City socialist website they say that the city has been pushed to the right by Kathy Hochul and Eric Adams. 😂😂😂

Well in the primary there is such a small percentage of the populous that vote it’s easy to rally a large bunch of collage age voters with the enticement of a lot of free stuff. Hopefully there will be a lot of voters that come out for someone else other than zohran.

Absolutely! If New York City passed a law where all tires / Wheels had to be octangular instead of round, I would wholeheartedly support it. Good for them. After all their cars fell apart they would switch back to round and pretend it never happened.
