5.7K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Are you an idiot? That's a legitimate question.
Let's think this through - something Trumpsters don't often do...
If Obama had done anything illegal, then the Justice Department during the first Trump Administration would have investigated and prosecuted.
But they didn't bother... nothing was in the news. And why is that? Because there was nothing to find. They aren't stupid and going to waste their time. Looking for criminality from Obama is like being blindfolded in a circular room and told the door is in the corner.
So why is Obama an issue now? Because Trump needs to "wag the dog" (look that up) to deflect attention from the Epstein situation.

There’s no credible evidence or legal basis suggesting that Barack Obama should go to jail. He's a former U. S. president who, like all public officials, is subject to scrutiny and the rule of law. If serious allegations were ever brought forward against anyone — regardless of status — they should be investigated properly through the justice system. But as of now, there is no legitimate case or conviction against Obama that would warrant jail.10 Reply

11 moAnything to distract from the Epstein files. Let's see some proof of his innocence.
Should be easy enough.13 Reply- 11 mo
Proof of innocence is only lack of proof of guilt. That’s why we start out innocent (or we should be) and the prosecutor has to prove guilt. We never have to prove innocence.
- 11 mo
THIS:
"Proof of innocence is only lack of proof of guilt. "
is illogical!
While lack of proof of guilt does not prove innocence, proof of innocence is proof of innocence, period.

8K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Democrats love criminals, especially ones whose crimes are in support of the Democrats' totalitarian agenda.
12 Reply- 11 mo
Apparently Republicans love criminals too, especially convicted felons
- 11 mo
@BonzoInBitburg: Calling Trump a "convicted felon" shows how dishonest, criminal, and corrupt leftists are. They essentially invented a campaign finance crime (which is only federal). at the state level, saying it was a crime because it was tied to some other crime they never did reveal. In other words, Trump's rights were violated just so the Democrats could label him "a convicted felon", meaning he was, in true Communist fashion, convicted of what leftists really see as a crime- having different politics. And those who persecuted him in that malicious prosecution, are the real criminals who committed crimes.
So no matter how much attitude you have, your claims don't stand up to the barest scrutiny. Typical worthless leftist...

11 moI like how people who voted for a convicted felon talk about putting Obama in prison.

What was the charge for trumps felony conviction?
You know the leftist judge didn’t sentence Trump right? He postponed trumps sentencing until after trumps second term. The reason why is that Trump can’t appeal the decision unless he is sentenced. Ones it’s appealed Trump will win and no longer be a “felon”.
So again what was Trump charged with? - 11 mo
He was found guilty by a jury on 34 felony counts of falsifying business documents. If you voted for a convicted felon, it's a little hypocritical to say Obama should go to jail for something that hasn't even been proven.
- 11 mo
Soviet Commissar BonzoinBitburg- what Obama is accused of are serious crimes. What's hypocritical is pretending that was Trump was convicted of, in trial where his rights as a defendant were violated numerous times, is a genuine crime or anything comparable to what Obama is accused of.

Someone thinking critically (which you clearly are not) wouldn't simply buy the "convicted felon" leftist line- they'd look at the facts of the case, how the prosecution conducted itself, and they'd certainly consider the political context. Looking at that, no one would boast about the conviction, and it was a miscarriage of justice. I know leftists like you think "political crimes" are the only real crimes, but in a democratic society, prosecutors and judges have a duty to respect the legal canons of their offices, something that did not occur in the Trump case.
So it's clear you are the sheep, and real dumb one at that. Just like your fellow leftists, who defend rapists, human and sex traffickers, terrorists, and much more. - 11 mo

You really are totally clueless. You're assuming that the DA and judge played fair, which as I have been telling you wasn't the case. And, yes, there is an obligation for them to do that, one which they deliberately violated, and when there are these violations, a case is supposed to be thrown out. You're also assuming that a jury in Manhattan would give a Republican presidential candidate a fair shake. Nobody is THAT dumb to believe such a thing. Furthermore, the Democrats threaten and harass anyone who might represent Trump.
judiciary.house.gov/.../new-report-how-manhattan-da-alvin-bragg-and-judge-merchan-violated
New Report: How Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and Judge Merchan Violated the Constitutional and Legal Rights of President Donald J. Trump
July 9, 2024
"The report explains the several ways in which New York County District Attorney (DANY) Alvin Bragg's prosecution of President Trump suffers from severe legal and procedural defects, including:
Bragg's unconstitutional and unprecedented Russian-nesting-doll theory of criminal liability, in which the jury never had to reach unanimity as to each element of the criminal offenses; and
Bragg's usurpation of the federal government's exclusive authority to prosecute alleged violations of federal campaign finance laws and the Biden-Harris Administration's refusal to intercede to protect federal interests.
- 11 mo
The report also details Judge Merchan's egregious legal rulings before and during the trial that all cut against President Trump's rights, including:
Judge Merchan's failure to recuse himself for manifest political bias against President Trump;
The unconstitutional gag order he imposed on President Trump during the trial;
Judge Merchan's admission of plainly inadmissible, irrelevant, and unfairly prejudicial testimony against President Trump; and
Judge Merchan's refusal to permit former Federal Election Commission Chairman Bradley Smith to testify as to the meaning and complexities of the Federal Election Campaign Act. - 11 mo
@Avicenna So some Republicans made a report. Yawn. Has anyone taken this report seriously to take any action against Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and Judge Merchan? It's been a year and nobody is believing this report so get over it
FYI, threatening law firms happens on both sides. Trump has taken action by Executive Order against law firms that have gone up against him every law firm that has challenged the Executive Order has won.

Ha. Ha.
11 Reply- 11 mo
That is true but the courts did specify that immunity was while doing the role of the president. What Obama did was a coop. They tried to remove a sitting president with something they all knew was a false. Obama knew there was no Russia collusion. He also knew the Stele dossier was fake and paid for Hillary Clinton. Should Obama be pardoned for treason?

What was trumps crime? Also what was his Santana e for the felony you on the left like to talk about?
I’ll help you out a little bit…. There was no sentencing. The judge decided to hold off on sentencing until after trumps presidency do you know why? I’ll help you there too. If he sentenced Trump then Trump could appeal the felony charge and any other court would throw it out. The judge held off so the left can keep talking about the “felony” as if it means anything. No one gets a felony for book keeping errors. Trump doesn’t even do his own books.
So comparing the two Trump book keeping error or Obama treason. I think Obama wins the worse criminal award. - 11 mo
Actually he was sentenced. It didn't do anything, but he was sentenced. Once you're convicted, you don't suddenly lose it after being sentenced.
Also, what specifically treasonous acts did Obama commit? Please link the actions to the legal definition of treason. You have to prove that what he did is treason, not just what you think is treason. - 11 mo
I apologize… you are correct he was sentenced (I didn’t hear that) and Trump is appealing the verdict. Trump will win on appeal.
As for Obama, it’s all coming out now that the “Russia collusion” hoax which caused Trump to be impeached in the house. Also caused millions to be spent on investigations (mueller probe) which all started from the fake stele dossier paid for by Clinton. Watch this below.
