Do you look at people differently if they live in a mobile home?

my family lived in mobile home. No, but I think in general, people might. Do what you an do... I'd prefer the town home than a trailer park. I'd question if the trailers go up in value with inflation like most other homes.

It is better than renting an apartment or house and they actually have a tangible investment.

If you can afford a townhome, buy it. Preferably in an area where the value will go up.
I haven’t seen any mobile home prices go up in value when they try to resell.

Mobile homes are good spots if you’re on a budget, the outside isn’t as nice as the inside but the inside is still pretty solid
