Obama deported millions of illegals, and the left loved it. Most Democrats have praised tariffs in the past, but now they hate tariffs. If you have a used car you want to sell for $5,000, you'd be a fool to ask $5,000 for it. If you ask $5,000 for it the buyers will try to talk you down in $2000. It's best to ask $8,000 for it. Then the buyer will talk you down to the price you wanted all along. I think it's called "The Art of the Deal. " Trump does this with tariffs. He starts high and then negotiates to low. When he starts high the Democrats hate it. When he lowers it to get what he wants, the Democrats hate it. I can't figure these people out. If you hate Trump for cheating with Stormy Daniels the porn star, good for you. But why did Bill Clinton get a pass from the Democrats? Have you seen his cheating resume? It's pretty darn impressive.
