Im a mixed girl that have Estonian, Slavic, Nordic and Hungarian genes. When I see any non-white people i get triggered. Is this racism?

Sounds like it since it makes you uncomfortable so I guess maybe you’re just not used to being around other nationalities that aren’t white or it’s your upbringing which is usually the cause of most racism
