I'm pretty sure this is "hit and quit"
if one guy already knocked her up then it's safe to say that she might be good in bed, or at least hot.

Single moms exist because they don't know how to find a decent guy, so they give all guys a chance, which ends up leading to them getting used sexually.
I don't think she's considering the fact that she might be objectifying herself to the guys she chooses to date, which would result in this type of treatment

Could be, hard to say, and that be unfortunate if so, it's just a child. Dealing with Xs is a real issue potentially. lots people get rejected even those without kids, who knows what's going on. We don't know enough to judge.

Sadly, immature people mate, outside of a secure relationship, and more emotional messes and difficulty are created. Then they grow up and have to deal with the consequences of their choices. They are just kids, they need love and support and good parents... or else we all pay. So someone should step up... maybe it's the asker?

I married a woman and kids are bi-cultural. Some guys will accept, many won't... especially at that age. There's guys out there who will though.

It's another case of "do things right" to avoid difficulties. There's a reason for "traditional values."

Human nature is human nature, the year of the earth doesn't matter, we are the same humans on the same earth, and the age of the earth can be used as a social construct.

In the early 1900s some were saying that boxing should be banned because ''it's now the 20th century'' lol sounds pretty ridiculous today, doesn't it? Just because some ways of thinking are now considered taboo or no longer socially acceptable in many places, doesn't mean that massive amounts of the population still don't hold those views and keep it to themselves.

I dunno. But she probably should maybe let the men know about her situation with a mixed child. Because some men, "Black", "White", "Yellow", "Red", etc. won't be able to handle that situation. It may not be about their personal beliefs. It may be that they don't want to deal with the trials that parents in such unions have to experience.

You have no idea what goes on in someone’s life to make them a single parent, and to assume she’s objectifying herself and letting men “hit it and quit it” is just an ignorant, devaluing stereotype of a single mother. No where in that woman’s post did she even allude to such behavior and is trying to understand why her child seems to be the deal breaker. I’m sure others have enlightened her about the fact that some men just don’t want a woman with a kid, or to possibly take on the role of being a father in law.
