Its kind of like why ginger people when they get with people that have no ginger dna have kids with black hair. Its because the ginger has already got the dna hair for black hair so there's like a 3/4 chance any kids will not have ginger hair though still carries the gene. To produce a ginger both parents need to have the ginger gene.

Because the went for melamine is dominate. Besides what you’re asking is really silly. Think of it like paint. If you have white paint, no matter what you mix it with the result will be a tint of that color.
Mix black with white you get grey, blue with white you get a lighter blue, etc

That's not always the case, there are skin tones in every shade from extremely fair to extremely dark, and the color of mixed race children varies quite a bit.
