Anyone who can pull off peace in Ukraine and the Midfle East should definitely be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. Not sure anyone can do that though.
Thanks for MHO
He's already ended several others.

You know what? I, as a humble "Trump hater" will give it to him. Even though I dont think he would live up to the values I associate with the nobel peace price or that he deserves it, if he can actually manage to broker a peace in those two conflicts (that I dont think is exploitative towards Ukraine or Palestine) then ill hand Trump his brownie point.
However, we all know that is never going to happen because Trump is a hilariously bad negotiator. But if it does and he ends those two conflicts on good terms then ill happily eat my words. Feel free to prove me wrong Trump but until such a time I will continue to shit on your negotiation skills and your clownish attempts at peace summits.
He won’t, not even close, help in either one of those situations. It’s all show and a photo opportunity, brazenly making it about him on the world stage—he doesn’t give a sh*t about Ukraine in particular. He doesn’t have the patience, nor the knowledge about these conflicts. He is not even ashamed of his stupidity, and everyone knows he just wants the pic, headline, and to brag about it.
He is not a statesman, nor a peacemaker. He is a loud mouth blowhard, who takes everything personal, and is extremely jealous of Pres. Obama’s award—but even if he got a noble prize, it wouldn’t satisfy his black hole of a heart, cause nothing does or will. He always needs a constant stream of fake platitudes and compliments to sustain him, but it’s never enough. He is always miserable and sad.
Yes and he should also get one if he determines a provable workable theory for quantum gravity. Possible as well if he discovers a new safe treatment to reverse amyloid demtentia in humans.
Which are all equally likely probablities for him to win a peace prize.
For those who answered no…. Please tell me why Obama won a Nobel Peace Prize?
You do know what the Nobel prize has a website right? Where they put their justification, and I quote:
" Inspires Hope for a Better Future
Barack H. Obama, the 44th President of the United States, had been in power for less than eight months when he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009. Among the reasons it gave, the Nobel Committee lauded Obama for his “extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples”. Emphasis was also given to his support - in word and deed - for the vision of a world free from nuclear weapons.
Even before the election, Obama had advocated dialogue and cooperation across national, ethnic, religious and political dividing lines. As President, he called for a new start to relations between the Muslim world and the West based on common interests and mutual understanding and respect. In accordance with a promise he made during his election campaign, he set in motion a plan for the withdrawal of U. S. occupying forces from Iraq.
During his first year in power, President Obama showed himself to be a strong spokesman for human rights and democracy, and as a constructive supporter of the work being done to put effective measures in place to combat the climate crisis. This is in line with his appeal: “Now is the time for all of us to take our share of responsibility for a global response to global challenges”."
So to answer your question. Obama represented "hope" and had various pro-peace promises made during his presidential run. Trump on the other hand represents "MAGA" or "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN" and he has been actively antagonistic with the rest of the world as well as have a history of being friendly with militaristic dictatorships which threatens world peace. Trumps habit of using threats such as deploying nuclear subs or aircraft carriers is also heightening world tensions and endangering peace not to mention when Trump revoked the much applauded Iranian nuclear deal which threatens nuclear proliferation.
Trump and Obama is fundamentally different and those differences are almost entirely responsible for why Trump may never deserve a Nobel peace prize specifically.
In the first 9 months of his presidency he “inspired hope” hope in what? He didn’t end any wars. No peace agreements were made under Obama. The creation of Black Lives Matter was created under Obama…. The group that were pulling white people out of their cars and beating them. What hope? It was a total scam.
It’s a peace prize to a guy that did nothing for peace. That’s like Time making Kamala Harris woman of the year…. These organizations give out prizes and awards to democrats like participation trophies… and that’s about what they are worth.
Of course you won’t acknowledge or probably even know but in Trump‘s first term he put together the Abraham accords, which made a bunch of Arab countries sign a peace and diplomatic agreements…. that’s worth the Nobel peace prize not just because Obama was inspiring
The quote I posted outlined a number of very specific things that Obama did to promote peace. It is also hilarious that you are trying to convince me that Trump, the "lets bomb the middle east and assassinate leaders of neutral countries" guy, is somehow promoting peace in the middle east.
@Syntosi that’s your issue. TDS. You can’t even acknowledge the good he has gone. But Obama who did over 2000 drone strikes killing countless people who never had due process and we were not at war with and you believe he deserved a peace prize. Oh by the way…. There were Americans that Obama killed in some of those strikes.
Now let’s talk fast and furious. No not the movies…. That was where Obama game guns to Mexican drug cartels and some of those guns actually killed border control agents. YEA GIVE THAT MAN A PEACE PRIZE. @Syntosi get your head out of your ass and stop listening to CNN and MSNBC. They are lying to you
I personally dont think that Obama should have gotten a peace prize either but he did and there are reasons for that. Thats your issue, ODS. You can't even acknowledge that Obama was fundamentally different as president to Trump. I am not even talking about what Obama did, I am talking about HOW he did it and what his messaging was. You know, the things that the Nobel prize committee focused on when giving him the award. His image, influence and legacy.
As for the "Fast and Furious" scandal, to my knowledge it had nothing to do with Obama and was handled by people much lower on the governmental hierarchy. It was also about cartels and has nothing to do with "world peace" so I have no fucking idea why you bothered to bring it up.
@Syntosi. Just so you know (and probably won’t believe) I voted for Obama the first time. I believed his “change” slogan. His drone strikes is what made me NOT vote for him the second time.
I noticed your last message you didn’t mention the drone strikes… how do you give a peace prize to someone who killed thousands without due process. Think about it… Obama directly ordered the deaths of more people than Hamas did on Oct. 7th. And he gets a peace prize.
Fast and the furious. Obama tried to hide it from Congress and the American people. And this was what Nixon got kicked out of office for. Wikipedia which is left leaning even calls it a scandal
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATF_gunwalking_scandal
So you do get it! Yes! Obama had a thing going about "Hope". Very importantly, it was not nationalistic like Trumps slogan and not to talk about his entire approach.
How many times have Trump pulled the whole "X country has screwed over USA!"? The only unifying message Trump has had outside of USA is "FUCK USA AND FUCK TRUMP!"
And you want him to be nominated for a peace award based on that? Really? You can take the stance that what Trump has done having been "effective" (lol) but that is very much at the cost of international unity. Trump is thoroughly unqualified for a prize for PEACE.
And yes, I did not bother bringing up the drone strikes since Trump has also done them and arguably done them far worse. Obama for example did not assassinate Irans generals or bomb their nuclear facilities. Again, argue if you want how "effective" that was but Obama did not do it and it disqualifies you for a peace award.
As for the ATF scandal, Obama only blocked records that he argued was "not generated in the course of the conduct of Fast and Furious." If that is true or not I dont know and in light of all the law breaking and unconstitutional actions done by Trump since I honestly dont care anymore.
I'll nominate the worthless orange fucker for a Darwin Award right now based on his lifetime achievements. Please someone give him a gun and a rope to play with. Better yet, flip him the keys to a Corvette.
Absolutely!!! What'd Barry Soetoro do to get it other than to take office as the first partially black man?
It will end only when Israel literally kills every Palestinian in Gaza they can find.
If HE can, then yes. You do realize the number of people involved tho.
If it's a permanent, just, both sides stable prosperous & tolerant peace then I'll nominate him myself.
no cause it's only nobel if a black person or a democrat does it xD
He can win the "don't have to clean the toilets for a week" award in the prison he ends up in.
Nope. Because he’s not the one involved in the negotiations. Other people are doing the work.
I'm throwing up in my mouth typing it, but YES !!!
Yes, but he will never win it.
And several others.
Trump couldn't manage a 50 piece jigsaw puzzle.
