1999 gang—we’re the human equivalent of a ‘loading…’ screen. Raised on VHS but came of age during TikTok, fluent in both ‘touch grass’ and ‘rewind the cassette with a pencil.’ Too young for 9/11 trauma, too old for iPad kids’ slang. The ultimate generational glitch. Also, old enough to know life before Instagram, young enough to fail at using a rotary phone. The last kids who played outside and online.

I think either gen z or gen x.. I know I'm not a millennial. However, I think I act like a millennial more than another generation. 2002 was my birth year.
