@NaultD this isn’t true in red states with stand your ground laws. Now blue states WILL try to prosecute you for killing someone thats trying to kill you. Proof is Alvin Bragg in NY and the bodega owner he tried prosecute. After all it’s democrats that don’t believe in prosecuting criminals. My state is the reddest of the red and we’ve had several instances of shooter in restaurants being taken out by law abiding gun carrying citizens like me and home invasions where the owner prevailed. Not one of these hero’s was ever in any legal trouble of any kind
