Honestly the core problem is that people won't believe in them anyway.

The actual files are reportedly recordings and more of people raping children. Including Trump multiple times. This obviously won't be released. So what can be released is a list. That list won't have much evidence and again won't be believed unless many influential people'd heads roll after.
