Pregnancies always are great when two individuals put a plan together and are both mentally fit also physically fit and financially sound to raise a child together. Not a burden on the child.

Pro Choice is a good thing that gives women leverage, if the man isn’t going to give her a choice then she deserves one in private 1:1 with a doctor. By “reproductive”, I assume you mean the issue of abortion. We’re all familiar with the Finn’s ruling, and each state sets its own policy (in some, voters gave decided), which is a lot more democratic than a poorly-reasoned piece of jurisprudence being decided by nine people rather than legislatures or the electorate.

I’m not sure what you mean by “paternity”, but I’m going to assume you mean how paternity is handled if it’s contested. Again, we’re talking about 50 different states, so why would we assume uniformity?
