It is tribalism.

When another tribe with different a different culture move into the same land there will be conflict. A few guests or visitors may not bring about territorialism but when huge societies of "other culture" take up shop in another preexisting culture and society and unified people... there will be conflict.

I would say learnt for sure. There have been many experiments and studies with young children that indicate this.

Kin selection is a natural behavior. So naturally organism will favor the survival of those who share common traits. This could be seen as viewing one race as superior to another in a way, given that each race has a number of common traits shared within the group. Thus each race will favor the survival of members of their own race over other races. That said, it would not account for the entire meaning of the word racism. By definition...

Racism: The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.

To form opinions of a group of people's character or ability, you have to repeatedly be exposed to patterns of behavior. So if you see a specific race that commits crimes at much higher rates than all the other races or is generally more successful in the world around you and so one, then you will likely start to form opinions based on experienced patterns.

It is both. Humans are tribal in nature and tend to favor other humans that look like them. However stereotypes are something that people make up and those stereotypes can be passed on to younger people.

It's definitely a learned tribal behavior passed down from generation to generation, or not, depending upon what tribe people happen to be born into.

Tribalism is innate, but who is included in your "tribe" is learned. Racism happens in the learned part.
