People who don't have children should pay lower tax rates than those who do?

People pay taxes toward communities they live in and receive benefits from that COST money. Local government receive this money either from local taxes on individuals, households and businesses or from central government where it's sourced from the same sources plus borrowing from finance markets.

Some of this gets used to find schools and education that is generally a loss to the local government or tax payers in general and thus parents choice is being funded by taxpayers who do not benefit from schools and their children's support services.

Surely a tax break to those who remain child free or who cannot have children is only fair.

A consequence of this is that tax burden would be shifted toward women as roughly twice as many women have children as men.
