They don't benefit from paying Taxes as they will never collect Social Security as a non resident. Not only that but The IRS is turning over all their info to ICE so they can track down non residents. Why would you pay for the Gov't to track you , put your head through a car window, Body slam you to ground and then ship you to a foreign country?

I don't understand how it logically works to pay income tax in a country that you're not even allowed to stay in. It makes no sense. Like in my country if that happened, the company employing them would be fined for illegal employment.

Exit, sshhhh... the grown-ups are talking. The term "non-resident" also applies to people here on visas, work permits, or special provisos. The term "tax resident" also applies in certain cases.

The USA has many treaties with individual countries covering such tax issues to avoid "double taxation". Many countries have an arrangement where tax is paid to the country of origin or then credited to country where the work was done, and vice-versa!

So take you hatred and bullshit ignorance that every non-resident is here illegally, and go learn something. But do it QUITELY because as I said... the grown-ups are talking. Good boy!
