If something happened at an establishment some years ago could I still make a report to the company?

I think there is nothing preventing you from making a report. However if they choose to do anything about it is uncertain.

you can still report it. they may look into it and become aware of it, but probably wouldn't do anything about it. But it depends on what it is.
