I called it!
On a post about the jeans ad, another accusing Democrats of telling people not to pray (my opinion was instantly deleted), and I expect the same of the one with the girl and the axe.
The right-wing play is:
1. Pretend either some nobody on the web is representative of the left (like both people who actually complained about the jeans advert) or, as in this case, lie about what somebody really said or did (don't worry about the facts, they won't come out until the damage has been done).
2. Have influencers push the lie so that NPCs (and bots) will repeat the lies until the next one turns up.
Practically nobody on the left cared about the jeans advert.
Here's what was originally said by Jen Psaki regarding the murder of yet more children because of easy access to guns: "... we have been here so many times, so many times. And yet again, like clockwork, half the politicians in our country have little more to offer than thoughts and prayers.
That is all they are offering. Vice President J. D. Vance responded today, "Join us all in praying for the victims."
That's what he said. That's it. Please join me in praying for everyone involved, Trump wrote.
We have seen this play out over and over again. There is a shooting, then come the thoughts and prayers, and then comes the attempt to shift the focus "
With Axe Girl, the people who will scream every sexual assault or rape accusation against Trump is made up will totally believe the story of a girl who went out in public and brandished illegal weapons, as long as it fits their narrative.
Still, they have to keep up the endless distractions.

"A 12-year-old girl has been charged with being in possession of offensive weapons. She will be referred to the relevant authorities and our inquiries are ongoing.""
Like I said, the facts finally come out, but the lies remain.
