Last time the draft was used was the vietnam war and the draft was the reason why we ultimately lost that pointless war.

From there we lost the war on terror with being more pointless and without an end goal without a draft.

At this point if a draft is going to happen again it's for ww3. From there the military is going to be as progressive as it gets. Only way to get a college degree is in the military higher ups. Only unisex bathrooms and changing rooms. You are not people who have sex organs. you are solders.

You are probably right about that. The requirement to register with the selective services is based on if you are a male at birth. But after that if you switched teams, then you can apply for a waiver to get out of a draft. That's a slap in the face to the rest of the guys.
