How do we stop men and woman being pitted against eachother?

So today I reunited with an old friend and he had just reunited with his ex and we're talking about how society is changing so quickly, it's making social dynamics and etiquette a lot harder especially for guys.

Now I kinda forgot how liberal (or whatever you wanna call it) these two were so I'm kinda just talking straightforward with... You know how you talk to other people who aren't in an echo chamber.

Luckily for me these guys are actually really smart. And I think this was her first time hearing someone intelligently articulate some of these points because literally the whole reason I forgot they were left leaning was because she actually stopped to think about what I was saying and asked questions and confirmed she understood my message.

But I noticed that she kept saying things like "oh you're saying that about MODERN woman?"

And my slow ass would be like "I dunno, maybe all of em" just completely missing out on the coded language 😂

But long story short it made me realize just like there's this whole men red pill thing, something similar is happening to woman and to be honest, what we got out of the conversation was we pretty much agreed on everything.

If someone believes something and you want them to stop believing in it, then they need something else to believe in.

Like for example if a girl says all men are pigs, you can't exactly waive a magic wand and now they don't believe that. You have to meet them where their at, understand where their coming from and then work towards an understanding that hopefully is more aligned with yours.

Maybe part of the reason we have a faminism problem today is because woman have taken over a man's world and things still aren't working out so great for them so they don't really have a high capacity to blame anything other then men.

It would be like if you got pissed at your lawyer for being shitty at their job and then you studied law and figured you'd do a better job but you can't understand why the lawyer got the body cam footage but when you call the town, they keep giving you the run around. You probably wouldn't even realise you're getting a run around the first couple times. Because how would you? The lawyer had dozens of other lawyers they've worked or studied with, you maybe spent your life working in an office where people get fired for not doing their job.

So when woman show up to work and they put on a characture of an "alpha man" persona and it doesn't work for them, it stands to reason their going to think it's a man problem. And they're not gonna be receptive to hearing anything else till they feel like their perspective is at least understood. Because that's how people learn when they haven't learned these things that guys are taught at a very young age.

I don't know about you, I've never in my life seen someone go up to a girl of any age and say something like "it doesn't matter what you intended, it's about what actually happened" or "you're part of a team, it's not about you" or "if you keep acting like this, no one's going to want to work with you and you'll be treated like that"
