In the state I live in (a moonbat hellhole) there is a law on the books that gives a mandatory year in jail for possession of an unregistered firearm. When it first started there were many arrests and many incarcerations. My wife's cousin got lugged for this and he spent a year in the can,.
90% of the people put in jail for this were black so judges decided it was racist and stopped enforcing it. So the killing continues.
