Does this only happen to me?

I often see that many people seamlessly run conversations for hours, but when I try to do the same, usually I run out of topics , do you have any solution for introvert people like me?

Yeah, don’t attempt hours-long discussions. If you’re truly an introvert, you are always going to run out of social battery. Know that about yourself and manage it with meaningful conversations that don’t have to drag on for hours.
Keeping a conversation going should be easy enough if your goal is to learn about the other person. Ask questions pointed at discovering a commonality or a difference. When you find a commonality, share something of yourself on the topic. Connect. When you find an interesting difference, ask more questions. Pointed as though you might consider the ideal or try the practice. Connect. Leave room after every question and before every response for your conversation partner to steer the conversation themselves. Don’t monopolize it. You’re the student, not the lecturer.
I am fairly intelligent, experienced and opinionated. I never run out of things to say before my battery dies. So i am conversationally gifted. It might not be as easy as i think, but it is still pretty simple. Just be interested in other people. And it helps to be interesting to other people. But it’s absolutely not necessary. I’m boring as f*ck, but i’m a great conversationalist!

Ask people things you genuinely want to know the answers to. People love to share their opinions they only need to be triggered to start. You need only listen.

I usually go off visuals. Pay attention to a persons details. Or if falling short look for things around you.

I took a huge leap talking to someone random the other day and nailed it. Purely instinct.

I was crouched by the peanut butter digging one of the last from the back when a young woman walked by in normal jeans and shirt with ponytail. She had thick dust on her sneakers.

"Do you ride horses?"

She looked at me startled and then melted into a grin. "Yes. The hidden signs only fellow riders notice?"

I grinned back. "Exactly. You made my heart ache I miss riding so much." As she did. This was a weird thing to say but was made touching as it was genuine.

Look for what you want to know and ask that.
