I think some people are above me and some people are below me in different ways.

For example. If someone is a microbiologist, then when it comes to topics related to that field, their words almost always hold more weight. It goes for any profession. Lawyers, doctors, engineers, carpenters, you name it. They are above me in those specific topics of interest.

When it comes to morality, there are people above and below each other as well. Like the people who celebrated Charlie Kirk's death. Those animals are below me morally. If you think it's okay to cheat, you're below me morally.

There's mentality tok. There are people happier than I am in worse circumstances than I'm in. Those people are above me in terms of mentality.

And financially, pretty much everyone is above me.

I've been working the same entry level job for 15 year with zero aspirations to changing. So lowest rung on the totem pole.

At the same time i did get a half million inheritance. In terms of liquidity probability the richest person working there. Seeing that rat race and finding myself on cruise control.

I don't see or care about if anyone is above or below some station. but I do think about it like a hand of cards and comparing myself to other people who had similar hands as I do, I'm confident I played my cards better then most would have. If that makes sense?

As many privileges as I have i played with my abilities to make the best out of them. No matter how stupid and lazy I am I squeeze every bit of value I could.

I never think in those terms.  They are just people I have things in common with and those with whom we are worlds apart.

No one is above me, no one is below me. God made us all, perfectly imperfect. We all put our pants on one leg at a time. And to quote the Sean Connery in the movie First Knight "God makes us all strong for a little while so we can help eachother". If you think you're elevated above anyone. It is an illusion. Use your strength and power for what God intended it for".

Probably in the middle.
We function as a team and rely on each other, and help those that are just starting out to get up to speed, get experience, knowledge so they can pass that on to those that come after them when we are gone.

I doubt they are above or below me, more like they are other than me. The universe is a complicated thing, it would just be too hard to tell if someone was above or below you.

I consider everyone unique. I try not to judge anyone until I have more information about them. Thus I do not really consider anyone above or below me. we are all humans.

Not really. I see everyone as an individual and assess them on that basis. We are all flesh and blood... no one is any better than anyone else except in their thoughts and behaviors.
