I’m certain age will be a more determinant factor than party. Since we have too many old fogies who also were not in the military, i’m guessing the number is pretty low.
I’m guessing a total of thirty-five tattoos in the US Senate. But some of them could have more than one. So between zero and thirty-five senators with tattoos.

I'm guessing a few have military tats, a few got tats in prison, and a few of the female ones have shagtags/Tramp stamps and at least one got tattooed whilst pissed on holiday.
