There are tons of white males that get their job due to favoritism of being white and a lot of times due to family connections. Just look at Hunter Biden, who is a screwup, but got a 7 figure job thanks to his dad. You will never hear racist undermining him getting his position for that.

Yet, I constantly see racist undermine the accomplishment of non-white males in the comments by claiming they are a DEI and don't deserve to be there. Many even state that they would question going to that person for their services because they deem them less capable than a white male in that same field.

The problem is the people who use DEI often make the assumption that a person of colour is less qualified for a job than a white or Asian person.

And speaking of Asian, many Asians that are far more qualified than whites for a position, get screwed over because of glass ceiling put in place by whites for how high an ethnic can climb. In addition to white employers choosing the white candidate due to racial bias.

@Hardon-Collider I think where it is relevant here, is that it's the Jews that push DEI the most on the Goys to make Goy businesses that participate become less effective. On the other hand, due to the high IQ's of the Jews, they too would lose out to DEI practices... but... notice the Jews don't even go for the types of jobs DEI would effect.

Overall... DEI is a way to disadvantage the Goys (whites/East Asians/whatever else that's not on the progressive stack of the "oppression olympics" and to a lesser extent... reduce male participation in the work place... Well, maybe to a greater extent. The ones that take advantage of DEI practices the most are white females, and white females vote for it for their own benefit.
