Most of them no. Having political power and wealth is all most care about. Both parties have corrupt people. In my opinion most of your true patriots who really care about the country are on the right even though there are lots in that party who don't care.

Have you noticed so many go into government no wealthy and then after years of working on a government salary they come out as multi-millionaires? Does that make sense. Have you noticed the left doesn't care that it is destroying the country with mass, unchecked immigration? That is to get voters. Most liberals and feminist women don't have kids or very few kids so their voting block is not reproducing and their numbers are shrinking. Conservative women are more apt to be married and have bigger families. Leftists are extincting themselves. The solution? Import a few million foreigners, get them on government programs and dependent on the government and let them vote.
Their power is more important than what is good for the country.

Yes, but they are highly divided on how to go about it. Not to mention that's it's an overwhelming task.

A major problem is the people who keep looking to the federal government to do everything. Stop it. All people do is complain about the government, yet they want the government to do more and more.

The way people view the government is akin to saying, "Hey, this food tastes terrible. So let's eat more and more of it."

Take away their power, don't give them more.
