I’ve observed many various feminist groups radfems, swerfs, terfs, etc etc and it seems the one thing that they have in common is not gender equality - it’s their hatred for men !
They might not say it out right but they enforce ideas that are poisonous to gender relations which is ironic as they should theoretically be trying to do the opposite? They frequently bond over how disgusting and abhorrent they believe men are, phrases about how men should start in prison and work their way out are very common “jokes” it’s also now illegal for men to have basic expectations for women in relationships.
If you’re a man and don’t want a girl that’s slept with the whole football team you’re insecure of how empowered she is to be diagnosed with HIV, you want a girl who’s in shape? You’re enforcing toxic beauty standards.. women don’t owe you beauty. You don’t want a woman that dresses like a hooker.. you’re slut shaming bigot. But of course women are free to want a guy of a certain height, income level, attractiveness, etc.
Even if as a guy you talk to a girl and everything seems to be going well you can get blocked for very minor disagreements; I personally know a guy that got blocked by a girl suddenly as she was angry he declawed his cat due to having issues with said cat tearing up the furniture.
I’ve personally even been discouraged from desiring to date to marry, at 19 im apparently still “too young”
Overall I believe at the end of the day the main idea of feminism is misleading as they claim to be proponents of gender equality yet since women already have equality in the eyes of the law in the west they promote gender equity which is a lost cause, men and women are not meant to be the same - we’re a sexually dimorphic pieces so while we’re different our roles are complimentary

In the beginning, feminism was great. Let me be clear. I'm all for equal rights. Women should be able to vote, work if they want to, and get equal pay (as long as they've done an equal job). They should also have the choice to do what they want with their body.
But we've already achieved equal rights long ago (in the west and most first world countries at least). If anything, women have more power than men nowadays. They have higher chances of being hired due to inclusivity. They have more protection and care in society. Their word holds more power in a court of law and in public in general. I can't tell you how many times I've seen social experiments of men being attacked and jumped in public vs. women being attacked. Men are ignored, but when it comes to women, everyone tries to go to her rescue.
There's literally no need for feminism in the west anymore. When it comes to the pay gap, men still have a higher income on average. Men are generally more willing to work longer hours. They're more likely to ask for promotions and wages to traits like assertiveness. The fields they choose are generally better pay (and harder work).
The #MeToo movement also made it much harder for men to approach women. It started out with the intention of encouraging women to talk about sexual assault they've had committed against them openly. I'm all for that. But now, a lot of females abuse that to the point men are afraid of approaching women due to the fear of having charges against them. And it's no joke. In the UK and Wales (2 extremely woke countries), it's now illegal to even catcall. Catcalling might be in bad taste to some, but there's literally no harm in it. It's only bad if the man starts following and getting physical with a girl. But otherwise, a whistle or calling out to a girl saying "Hey beautiful." shouldn't make them feel uncomfortable and especially not illegal.
Women having the right to work is fine, but they've taken it to an extreme. There's a lot of technology that makes things much easier today than they used to be. Men aren't as needed physically as they used to be. It's no longer the hunter gatherer times. Women literally do not need to leave their houses anymore. They can work from home, order food and groceries from home, get maintenance for their house from home, and literally never go out. And that's due to all the jobs that men work to maintain the infrastructure.
If men didn't work construction, delivery, handyman jobs, farming, etc. they'd have to do all that stuff themselves. But because we do, that's not necessary. Now you have a bunch of man hating feminists who say "We don't need men. We can live just fine without any." There's a lot of women creating content on social media and making money easily from that. If we didn't have social media, their egos wouldn't be through the roof as it is now. And rather than being drowned in attention, they'd actually start desiring it.
So it's not just feminism, although it is a large factor. Social media and dating apps have also ruined modern dating as well.
I'm female and British and completely agree with what you say. Dating is so hard npw as men are too afraid to approach women. And yes the apps make it easier to "approach" if you know the woman swiped right on you. But a) a lot of scammers, dickheads, nutcases and hook up only people are on the apps. And b) true attraction isn't purely physical but the apps make you very physical attraction minded and this is bad. Connection and meeting people is how true compatibility can form but everybody is in a 2 second yes or no swipe addiction these days. As for jobs and working etc. Agree with you. There is much more equality now but still large areas that are male dominated due to men's suitability at the tasks. And vise versa for some more female suited roles. This shouldn't be classed as sexism. You don't expect dogs to climb trees to be equal to cats. Or cats to guard you from intruders. Each to their own talents and strengths.
Well said @Crimsyjo I still think online dating is much easier for women than it is for men though. While there are many scammers (I'd argue more people trying to scam men than scam women), it's still primarily women who are getting all the attention on dating apps and social media. That dynamic fuels their egos.
Oh God yeah I know it's totally true. Not only do men have to swipe much more but often get scammed into paying for subscriptions as well. And this bitterness caused by the damaged self esteem leaks out too so even if they do meet a genuine woman they tend to distrust or mess it up. And again I'm sorry I don't mean this disrespectful but I'd say men are "less" fussy about appearances. A woman in genuine circumstances is more won over by personality and comfort. But this "tool" that men used for decades is disabled with visual first apps. I have definitely become more attracted to a guy I work with and wasn't initially attracted to on more than one occasion. My longest relationship was a older bald guy I met through work who become my husband. Women care too much about their looks really. I keep seeing these pretty young girls makimg themselves kinda ugly with all the false eyelashes and stuff. And they don't give men a chance anymore.
People also care too much about what their peers think of a partner. Both men and women. They want everyone to think they are so lucky! And not critiscise. And we wonder why everyone is single!
There's nothing offensive about what you said. That's a simple fact. There are some men (I would argue a pretty large percentage of them) who would fuck a woman that looks like Jabba the Hut as long as she has a pussy.

Aww @HawkPerception I don't mean a lot of men will fuck an ugly woman I just mean a lot of women do meet a suitable standard of beauty. I mean, I look around and see soabt different age, shape, hair colour, style, of woman and honestly can say wow she looks nice. It uses to hit my self esteem comparing but I guess with age (and knowing more about men now) I can see that men can appreciate many types of women. A 5ft woman or a 5ft 10. A red head or a blonde or a brunette. A curvier hour glass figure. Or a slim petite. Obviously outside of just sex men also look for personality etc to judge a womans suitability or compatibility. But on visual apps men can say "yes" to step one (attraction) a lot faster or easier than women. A woman won't swipe yes unless absolutely sure on attraction upfront. And yet this very limited response is at the heart of decent men getting overlooked. I think. Because I do try to swipe on maybes not just definite yes's in hopes that we can move to step two (judge compatibility) through a chat or meet. I haven't had luck here yet either but I guess I have only recently started thinking this way and swiping with intention to give a gut a chance beyond surface level looks.
They have been pushing this patriarchy crap since the Declaration of Sentiments. Their assertion that men in power equal women being oppressed is such a lie because if that was ever true, then humanity would have been screwed and we certainly wouldn't have lasted into the 21st century.
The sexes are not like races, humanity relies on them getting along in order to survive. If we were to allow the abuse of women, the only people who can give birth by the way, to the point where men could beat, destroy, sell or abandon as they please, society would collapse within a generation or two.
I think feminism was designed to destroy society from the start and was never for equality, they just say they do either to deceive you into thinking that the men they demonize deserve it and needs to be done to equalize the playing field, or the person in particular is blissfully unaware.
I also think there is a reason why this divide was primarily pushed by women, they often score higher in agreeableness than men which makes the ones that resist the messaging less likely to "rock the boat" and they eventually end up believing it. It makes them perfect targets for propaganda.

No i don't think so. Its probably more social media than anything. Women have developed very high unrealistic standards and fantasies in terms of dating, they want this lifestyle they see on fbook and Instagram. So a man has to earn 6 figures.

Exactly, and not just Gen Z men, but every other generation.. Feminism has always been a cancer.. It has forced it's hand in government legislation to manipulate change.. Ironically enough there’s documentation that the CIA covertly funded certain feminist, cultural, and academic movements during the Cold War (part of the “Congress for Cultural Freedom”) to counter Marxist influence.
Since Radical feminists with Marxist leanings (ex; socialists arguing that capitalism itself oppresses women) threatened the system directly. They wanted control over the opposition and look where that got us.
Yeah, looks like the counter didn't work.. LOL.. It probably emboldened them.. The more I learn about America history the more I learn that Marxist are no joke.. They plan, and infiltrate better than the best American agencies, and they are patient so they plan for the long haul decades in advance... It's crazy..
Feminism gets a bad rap. I have no problem with the idea or the ideals of feminism. Fair pay, personal freedom, and education are things I believe in at a core level. For everyone. What I have a problem with is some damaged female morons who latch onto feminism and completely bastardize every concept it's supposed to stand for. Those happen to also be the loudmouth assholes who you end up seeing all over the internet.
It's the same with men and the Red Pill / Incel movement. Damaged personalities lashing out on the internet and ruining dating for everyone.

The premise that women have it worse according to feminism is batshit nonsense. Through history it's always been men's lives that have been expended , their bodies damaged to build and sustain society's demands, they're always the ones who have had no societal support for their housing or social services, been victims of crime (before shouting MEN are the criminals ask why tf they end up that way) and justice has always treated men worse than women.
F* has always been about giving women greater support to be economical contributors of choice to either work in the economy OR NOT. that choice was NEVER offered to men by feminists who would seek to prevent men from exercising choice and still be valued for relationships (women want nothing to do with a guy who says he's hoping to be a house husband) so want the choice to work or not cake AND eat the men as provider narrative. It's all about take but unwillingness to give.

Feminism was never meant to be misandry. Absorb that statement. Feminism began as a movement for equal rights under the law, and it had NOTHING to do with hating men. What it hated was the inequality of the law, and let's face it, men were most of the lawmakers, albeit the wrong kind of men.
So what happened, like so many good ideas, is that it got hijacked by extremists on both sides. It's now morphed into a dozen different things, most of them hateful and useless, some of them appropriately angry because things didn't change enough, and things that DID change are now being reversed.
My point is - REAL feminism was a movement to gain equality under the law. Of course, this pissed of a lot of men and still does, and now there's a lot of very angry men-haters who just want to rip the whole thing down top to bottom. Can't say I blame them, but that's NOT what feminism was ever about when it began.
I have never seen these feminists in real life which I'm not even exaggerating. I believe you when you say you have observed these things, but I am curious if you don't sharing where did you observe these feminists groups? I suspect online, but I don't want to assume. I ask because I genuinely don't see it ever and I try hard to experience different kinds of people in person. This is just my experience of course and might just be anecdotal but in 46 years I have never run into a person like this.

The traditional concept of feminism isn't poising modern dating, it's the feminazi's (most of the time are far leftist) who took over the feminist movement who is destroying modern dating. Feminist always complain that us men don't want to date anymore, maybe if you'd stop accusing men of being evil monsters who are more dangerous then a bear who can easily take it's paws and rip your chest apart, we'd be more open to dating. It's not just the vilifying men as being dangerous creatures, it's the double standards when it comes what we find attractive, when women have a specific list of traits they are attracted they are praised and empowered, when a guy does the same thing he's misogynistic sexist who hates women.
